Pyruvate oxidase from Microorganism Pyruvate + Pi + O2 + H2O ----> Acetylphosphate + CO2 + H2O2 Mg2+ + TPP + FAD This enzyme is used for enzymatic determination of pyruvate, GOT, GPT in clinical analysis.
